In 1995, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Biblical and Religious Studies, later securing a Higher Diploma in Education in 1996. His academic journey continued with a Bachelor of Education with Honors in Education in 1997 and culminated in a Master of Education in Educational Policy Analysis, Management, and Administration in 1999, all from the esteemed University of the Western Cape. In 2023, Mr. Tshepo Magabane assumed the role of CEO at IT Certification Academy (ITCA).

Throughout his career, Mr. Magabane has demonstrated expertise in regulatory affairs, corporate management, and educational policy analysis.
