IT Certification Academy (ITCA) is governed through a robust and transparent governance framework designed to ensure effective leadership, strategic oversight, academic excellence, and institutional accountability.

The governance structure comprises the Executive Management, responsible for the institution’s strategic direction and executive leadership; the Management Committee (MANCO), which oversees operational planning, implementation, and institutional performance; and the Senate, the highest academic authority responsible for academic governance, quality assurance, programme approval, research, and the maintenance of academic standards. Together, these governance structures uphold good corporate governance principles, regulatory compliance, and continuous institutional improvement in support of ITCA’s mission and strategic objectives.
