Bursary Opportunities

ITCA has been offering a bursary every year, since 2006. As an I.T specialist training college, we have a real passion for the IT Industry as a whole, as well as the many talented young students who visit us on a daily basis, who dream of becoming a successful IT Professional.

For some, this dream may seem out of reach but don’t despair, at ITCA we are always on the lookout for passionate students with a hunger for knowledge, a true passion for the industry and the will to become successful. If you possess any of the above, your dream may still be within reach.

Every year, one lucky student will have the opportunity to win their dream, of a one year course at the IT Certification Academy, which will provide them with the skills they need to become Nationally & Internationally recognized, employable and ultimately a successful IT Professional.

We have been truly amazed at the many success stories which have come out of our bursary program and are proud to have been able to assist so many students on their road to certification and their individual pathway to success.

So, if you have the passion, are determined and are excited about where the IT Industry is heading, enter our yearly Bursary competition and we could be making your dreams come true.
T’s & C’s apply and the process for entering may vary. Please contact one of our friendly student advisors to find out more about this exciting opportunity.

Xolani Dlamini grew up at the Bishopstowe Kenosis Community Orphanage. He had a passion for IT and always dreamed of a career in the IT Industry. His motivational letter which was submitted together with his entry form recounted how his love for computers had started. “I always found myself desperate to know everything about computers. Helping people with computers is what I enjoy most.”

On the 30th of August 2014, Xolani attended the ITCA Bursary Draw where he won the main prize of a bursary worth R67,350.00. Xolani had this to say after winning “I stood no chance of realizing my dream because of financial difficulties.
